No Boots? No Problem!

Although Sylvester bought us all snowsuits, some of us still didn't have all of the proper snow attire. But that never got in the way! Mr. D is quite resourceful, and he didn't let the issue of not having boots interfere in the least.
Step 1: Waterproof your socks by placing your foot in a plastic bag (be sure to check for holes) before slipping on your shoes.

Step 2: Reinforce the waterproofness by using man's greatest invention... duct tape!

Step 3: Repeat on other side.
